Richard Castagna Wins Alleged Shoulder Fracture Case

Richard Castagna recently won a Philadelphia County trial where the plaintiff alleged a shoulder fracture and ligament tear resulting from a rear-end motor vehicle accident. The plaintiff suffered from cerebral palsy and required crutches to ambulate prior to the accident. She alleged that as a result of her alleged shoulder injury, she could no longer use her crutches and is now confined to a wheelchair. After stipulating to negligence, Mr. Castagna successfully convinced the jury that the plaintiff’s alleged injuries were not the result of the accident.
