Warren Holland won three separate trials in which his clients admitted they were negligent, but denied causing any injuries to the plaintiffs. All three plaintiffs alleged serious spinal injuries and received extensive treatment, including physical therapy, and chiropractic therapy. In two cases, the plaintiffs received pain injections. The plaintiffs also alleged that their injuries were permanent and had already caused years of pain and suffering. Despite stipulating to negligence at all three trials, Mr. Holland was able to convince the Philadelphia juries that his clients’ negligence did not cause the plaintiffs’ alleged injuries.
