Dylan Buchholz is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. His practice includes insurance coverage matters with an emphasis on no-fault litigation.

Prior to joining Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, Dylan worked as a law clerk for a small general practice firm located in the heart of downtown Buffalo.

His responsibilities ranged from drafting complaints in the areas of personal injury and contracts, conducting Westlaw research, processing discovery documents, and assisting with real estate closings.

Dylan received his Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law. In addition to working as a law clerk during his tenure as a full-time law student, Dylan volunteered many hours working for a non-profit organization that assisted low-income individuals facing eviction during the height of the coronavirus pandemic. Dylan connected tenants with the necessary government resources and legal representation to ensure they had a place to stay during the harsh Buffalo winters.

Dylan graduated summa cum laude from the Rochester Institute of Technology with bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science.

During his free time, Dylan enjoys cooking delicious meals for his family and spending time with his golden retriever, Bear. He enjoys keeping in constant touch with his childhood friends, many of whom are now in the military and living abroad.
