Benjamin Bagenski is a Senior Associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. His practice focuses on insurance coverage matters, including first-party coverage, claim investigation, and no-fault litigation and arbitration.
Benjamin has also worked for three years in the area of Workers Compensation, representing both claimants and insurance carriers on hundreds of claims. He has conducted testimony, taken depositions of medical doctors, successfully won on appeals, and has advised insurance companies on exposure risk for claims.
Currently, Benjamin lives in Saratoga Springs, NY, where he takes advantage of his proximity to the Adirondack mountains. When the weather keeps him indoors, he enjoys writing and tabletop gaming.
